Corrective action
- Reduce the actual motor mechanical load
- Increase acceleration/deceleration times during motor operation
- Check the mechanical load transmission and ensure there is no seizure or similar condition
- Check motor brake wiring and ensure secure connections
- Check motor parameters and ensure they are set correctly
- Replace with a higher-capacity motor
- Replace the drive
