Cause
- No external encoder battery connected, or battery wiring has poor contact
- Encoder battery undervoltage
Corrective action
- Check the encoder battery wiring and ensure secure connections
- Replace the battery
- Execute the encoder multi-turn clear command
- If this function is not required, disable encoder battery low-voltage detection by changing servo parameter 0x201B
