There is an internal abnormality in the collaborative robot function.
[Countermeasure]
Restart the controller. If the alarm still cannot be cleared, before performing other operations (power-off or jogging), use the abnormal-state recording function (‘Abnormal State Record’ in the auxiliary menu) to obtain an image backup and contact the service center. If the abnormal-state recording function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps before the alarm was issued, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
