Cause
Condition: Abnormal vibration occurs inside the encoder. Cause: Abnormal encoder internal signals or mechanism cause the encoder to return an error signal.
Corrective action
Confirm that motor vibration is within 2.5 G. If the vibration meets the specification, return the motor to the dealer or manufacturer for repair. Reset the alarm or power on again to clear.
