Cause:
The robot configuration file RobotParameter.xml in the controller's ConfigureFiles directory is damaged and cannot be opened normally, or does not exist.
Troubleshooting:
Check whether RobotParameter.xml exists under ftp://192.168.39.220/ConfigureFiles/ and can be opened normally.
Solution:
Contact after-sales support and copy the corresponding RobotParameter.xml file to the controller.
