Main causes:

The welding torch has interfered with an object, activating the limit switch in the torch holder.

An open circuit in the harness of this limit switch.
Countermeasures:

After resetting the error, move the robot in teach mode and return the welding torch to its original state.

Check the limit switch harness and replace it if necessary.
After resetting the error, the robot can be moved in teach mode. In repeat mode, the welding torch cannot be returned to its original state.
