[Cause]
The deviation between the detected workpiece position and the originally taught position (teaching correction amount) is outside the maximum/minimum position correction tolerance.
[Countermeasure]
Change the maximum/minimum position correction tolerances to appropriate values. Correct the teaching manually or with gun touch teaching so that the deviation between the current workpiece position and the originally taught position is within the maximum/minimum position correction tolerance. If the problem continues after these countermeasures, take the following countermeasures.
1. Check the position correction offset on the spot program position correction settings screen. This alarm is likely immediately after changing the position correction offset.
2. Check the X gun taught position compensation parameter on the spot program position correction settings screen. This alarm is likely immediately after changing the X gun taught position compensation parameter.
3. Check that the gun mastering position is correct. If it is incorrect, the position correction amount may not be calculated correctly.
6. Check that wear has been measured correctly. If the wear amount is incorrect, measure it again.
5. Perform thickness check calibration again. If the problem continues after these countermeasures, take the following countermeasures.
1. Acquire diagnostic data for this condition. The diagnostic data acquisition procedure is described under Troubleshooting in Spot Program Touchup Function in Servo Gun Function OPERATOR’S MANUAL.
2. After this alarm occurs, before performing other operations (power-off or jogging), use the abnormal-state recording function (Abnormal state record in the auxiliary menu) to obtain an image backup and contact the service center. If abnormal-state recording cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps leading up to the alarm, obtain an image backup and contact the service center.
