Cause:
The angle between the planes of two arc segments is greater than 5 degrees. Finding the intersection of these two arc statements after multilayer multipass offsetting is unsupported.
Troubleshooting:
Check whether these two arc paths are non-coplanar. If they are non-coplanar, no multi-layer multi-pass offset intersection will be calculated, but the end point of the previous path will be used as the starting point of the next path. The offset result may not satisfy the welding offset requirements.
If the points were taught and the two blending paths are essentially in the same plane, check whether the tool is accurate and whether the robot's tool-tip rotation accuracy deviates excessively. If the deviation is large, reteach the tool.
Solution:
Finding multilayer multipass offset intersections for non-coplanar arcs is unsupported.
