Description
The DC link voltage at unit location arg of the power supply unit is too high.
Consequences
No operation is possible until the fault is corrected. The system will go to "Motor Off" state.
Possible causes
- Bleeder resistor not connected or defective.
- The user program may contain too many manipulator axis reductions. This failure is more likely to occur if the system is equipped with additional axes.
Recommended actions
- Make sure the bleeder resistor cable is correctly connected to the rectifier unit.
- Disconnect the bleeder resistor, check the cable and measure the bleeder resistor value.
- Rewrite the user program to reduce the number of hard decelerations.
