Cause

1. Vibration cannot be suppressed. Manually enable vibration suppression to eliminate vibration.
2. The identified value fluctuates excessively. During Etune, increase maximum operating speed and reduce acceleration/deceleration time; for a lead screw mechanism, shorten the travel.
3. Loose load-mechanism connections or mechanical eccentricity. Investigate mechanical faults.
4. An alarm interrupts operation during identification. Eliminate the alarm and rerun identification.
5. Vibration cannot be suppressed with a high-inertia load. First increase acceleration/deceleration time to keep motor current from saturating.

2. Eliminate the alarm and rerun.
