[Cause]
In a system in local stop (power disconnected), the status confirmation signal (input signal
1) from the local stop unit to the robot controller is off. The commanded and hardware states do not match. The number in parentheses indicates the motion group number.
[Countermeasure]
1. Check that the I/O port type and number are set correctly in the system variables.
2. An alarm may occur if software directly operates the command signal, namely the output signal, provided to the local stop unit. Issue local stop commands through input signal 2.
3. When this alarm occurs, LSTP-012 described later occurs at the same time. To clear the alarm state, cycle the controller power once.
4. Check that the hardware wiring is correct.
5. Possible hardware failure. Changed or consulted with my company.
