[Cause]
1. The fuse on the brake unit has blown. The number in parentheses indicates which 6-axis servo amplifier the brake unit with the blown fuse is connected to.
2. When using the local stop unit, the fuse on the local stop unit has blown.
3. This alarm may occur if the wrong type of axis amplifier is driven by an additional axis amplifier (iSV).
[Countermeasure]
1. When this alarm is issued, a brake cable fault or similar problem may be the cause. Replace the fuse after taking countermeasures. For details, refer to the additional axis maintenance manual.
2. For an axis driven by an additional axis amplifier (iSV), check the amplifier number and amplifier type. If the amplifier type is set to 1 (6-axis amplifier), set it to 2 (additional axis amplifier). Alternatively, if the amplifier number is set to the same number as another axis using the 6-axis amplifier, change the amplifier number and set the amplifier type to 2 (additional axis amplifier).
