2. Use trace monitoring to check the ArcStable status supplied by the welder on the codesys side, and whether the welder supplied an ArcStable signal first.
3. Software defect.

Solution:

1. Adjust the welding torch position or the workpiece position.
2. Contact after-sales support, copy the files from the controller, and send them to after-sales personnel.
