[Servo board XX] Safety circuit LS status signals do not match. (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Description: The axis limit switch (LS) contact states do not match between safety circuits 1 and 2.

Main causes:

1. A problem with the input circuit or wiring of the axis limit switches inside the robot, or only circuit 1 has been input.

2. The axis restriction limit switch circuit has an open circuit or ground fault.

3. A problem with the axis limit switch.

4. A problem with the servo board.

Countermeasures:

1. Check the axis restriction limit switch circuit inside the robot arm.

2. Replace the axis limit switch.

3. Replace the servo board.

Reference: Select <Display 1> → → <Safety Circuit Monitor 2> on the teach pendant screen to check the safety circuit status. For details of safety circuit input monitoring, refer to the Operation Manual.

[NOTE]

1. This error does not occur if the safety circuit is configured as a single circuit.
2. This error can be reset only when the single and double circuits are both open (OFF) at the same time. If either circuit is closed, the error cannot be reset.
