Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Description: A servo board communication error was detected during communication between the servo board and power supply unit control board (1VH).

Main causes:

1. The power supply unit control board is faulty.

2. A problem with the servo board.

3. There is a problem with the circuit between the servo board and the power supply unit control board.

Countermeasures:

1. Check that the error clears after resetting it.

2. Replace the power supply unit control board.

3. Replace the servo board.

4. Check the circuit between the servo board (power supply unit 1: X503, power supply unit 2: X504, or power supply unit 3: X505) and the power supply unit control board (X304).
