[Cause]
The backup battery has not been connected to the absolute position of the pulse encoder, or the battery is exhausted. If the alarm still occurs after replacing the battery, it may be caused by a disconnection of the battery cable in the robot. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group.
[Countermeasure]
1. Replace the battery in the battery box of the robot base.
2. Replace the motor of the axis where the alarm has occurred.
3. Confirm that the internal cable of the robot that supplies power from the battery to the pulse encoder is not broken or has a ground fault, and replace it if abnormal. For details, please take appropriate measures according to "Troubleshooting based on alarm codes" in the control device maintenance manual corresponding to the control device used.
After eliminating the cause of the alarm, perform a pulse reset and power on again. For the steps of pulse reset, please refer to 3.1.4 Pulse Encoder Alarm Recovery.
After turning on the power, SRVO-075 occurs and the pulse encoder position is not determined. See item SRVO-075.
After the alarm is cleared, perform zero point calibration. For zero point calibration, please refer to the zero point calibration chapter in the FANUC Robot series Operating Instructions (Basic Operation) (B-83284CM). As long as the reference point is set, it can be restored through "Simple Zero Calibration" or "Simple Zero Calibration (Single Axis)".
Note: Generally, the calibration interface is not displayed. Operate by qualified operators.
