8118
Category: Alarm
Cause
Condition: Abnormal encoder internal memory and internal counter. Causes:
- Encoder internal error (abnormal internal memory and internal counter).
- The motor rotates at power on because of mechanical inertia or other factors.
Corrective action
- Ensure that the motor grounding terminal is securely grounded. Connect the power cable grounding terminal (yellow-green) to the drive heat sink (Heat Sink).
- Check whether the encoder signal cable is normal. Separate the encoder signal cable from power cables and high-current wiring to prevent interference.
- Check whether the position detector cable is shielded.
- Ensure that the motor shaft remains stationary at the instant of power on. Power on again to clear.
