Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.
Description: When the motor power is turned ON or is ON, the motor power supply (P-N power supply voltage) is at or above the rated value (DC410V).
Main causes:
-
Excessive regenerative voltage caused by executing the taught motion.
-
The power supply unit power board is faulty.
-
An open circuit in the regenerative energy absorption resistor harness or a problem with the regenerative energy absorption resistor.
-
A problem with the power supply unit control board.
-
For an E03 controller, there is a problem with the servo board, power regeneration axis amplifier (JT6), power regeneration unit, or reactor unit. This error may also occur due to rapid deceleration to a stop during an emergency stop, an error, or when controller power is switched off.
Countermeasures:
-
If the regenerative voltage is excessive, change the taught data or reduce the repeat speed.
-
Replace the power supply unit.
-
Replace the regenerative energy absorption resistor.
-
For an E03 controller, check the components described in cause 5 above, and replace them if faulty.

CAUTION
When a collision detection error (E1130) or impact detection error (E1131) occurs, the robot decelerates rapidly to reduce damage to the robot and the target object. At this time, the regenerative energy may occasionally cause a P-N overvoltage error. If a P-N overvoltage error and a collision/impact detection error occur simultaneously during motion, check whether the collision/impact detection error was caused by false detection. If so, adjust the collision detection and impact detection thresholds to prevent false detection.
