The emergency-stop signals in the robot controller did not match within the specified time.
Causes and remedies

| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, check the following items. • Check whether connector CN203 on the ASF01 board has a loose contact • Check the cable between the robot control cabinet emergency stop switch and the IM-YE250/5-80P terminal block board |
| Hardware (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the emergency-stop switch on the robot controller. |
| ASF01 board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the ASF01 board. For a system with multiple ASF01 boards connected, replace the ASF01 board connected to SDCA01 board No. 1. |
| IM-YE250/5-80P terminal block board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the IM-YE250/5-80P terminal-block board. For a system with multiple IM-YE250/5-80P terminal block boards connected, replace the IM-YE250/5-80P terminal block board connected to the control group that generated the alarm. |
