Description: The external axis servo parameters (power block for power regeneration axis) do not match the servo amplifier (power block for power regeneration axis) in use.
Main causes:

The external axis servo parameter file does not match the servo amplifier unit in use.

A problem with the power block board.

A problem with the servo board.
Countermeasures:

In auxiliary function “2002 External Axis Settings”, check the motor settings and whether the downloaded external axis servo parameter file matches the servo amplifier being used.

If the settings in 1 are correct but the error cannot be cleared, replace the servo amplifier unit.
