Description
This alarm occurs when any motor power cable connected to the converter has a ground fault. (When this error occurs on one of the axes driven by a common converter, the alarm is displayed for all axes driven by that converter.)
Subcode description
Sub Code: Signifies the axis in
which the alarm occurred
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, check that the following cables and connectors are connected and fully inserted. • Inverter board-CN573-579 • SDB (external axis servo unit)-CN594 |
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, check the following cables. Check the alarm history screen to identify the axis with the ground fault. If the robot and external axes share a converter, the ground fault may have occurred on an external axis rather than a robot axis. (Water leakage is also possible.) 1) External-axis equipment cable (power cable); 2) Cable inside the travel-axis cable carrier (power cable); 3) Power-supply cable (robot and external axes) (power cable); 4) Robot internal cable (robot and external axes) (power cable) |
| Regenerative resistor (abnormal) | Check that the regenerative resistor has no ground fault. |
| GND wiring (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, check the primary power supply voltage and the voltage of GND. If each of RST has a deviation of 100V or more, adjust GND. |
| Motor (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the motor. |
| Amplifier (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the inverter board. |
| Rectifier (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the converter. |
| SDCA01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the SDCA01 board. As a precaution, save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. |
| APU01 unit (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the APU01 unit. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
