Cause

1. Power applied to the absolute encoder for the first time
2. The encoder cable was removed and reconnected
3. Both servo unit control power (+5V) and battery power have failed
4. Absolute encoder fault
5. Servo unit fault

Corrective action

1. Confirm whether power is being applied for the first time; perform the encoder setup operation (Fn008).
2. Confirm whether power is being applied for the first time, check encoder connections, and perform the encoder setup operation (Fn008)
3. Check whether the battery and connector conditions of the encoder connector are correct; restore encoder power (replace the battery, etc.), then perform the encoder setup operation (Fn008).
4. If the alarm cannot be cleared even after repeating the setup operation, replace the servo motor.
5. The servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
