IBGNSTART PLAYBACK=ON was executed backward (BACK), then forward execution was performed before the manipulator reached the PLAYBACK-start step.

| Software (incorrect setting) | If the IBGNSTART PLAYBACK=ON instruction was executed in reverse (BACK), move the robot in reverse (BACK) to the playback start step before executing it forward. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
