Cause

1. Encoder malfunction
2. Encoder malfunction caused by noise or other interference

Corrective action

1. Turn on power again. If the alarm persists, the servo motor may be faulty. Replace the servo motor.
2. Wire the encoder peripheral connections correctly (separate the encoder cable from the servo motor main circuit cable, ground properly, etc.).
