Cause

1. Homing remains in high-speed search without a low-speed search stage. After high-speed homing search, it remains in reverse low-speed search.
2. Check whether the time set in 2005-24h is too short.
3. Check the distance from the homing start position to the origin switch, and determine whether 6099-01h speed is too low, causing an excessively long origin switch search.

Corrective action

1. If hardware DI is used, confirm that DI function 31 is assigned in group 2003h, then check DI terminal wiring. Manually change the DI terminal logic and monitor 200B-04h to see whether the drive receives the corresponding DI level change. If not, the DI switch is wired incorrectly; if so, the homing operation is incorrect. Operate the function correctly.
2. Increase 2005-24h.
3. Increase 6099-01h.
