[Cause]
The control power supply voltage of the common power supply (iPS) dropped abnormally. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group. The alarm is displayed on the 1th axis and the 2th axis of the 6 axis amplifier, or on the 1th axis, the 2th axis and the 3th axis.
[Countermeasure]
1. Replace the common power supply (iPS).
2. Replace 6 shaft amplifier.
3. Replace the power supply unit.
