Cause
Condition: Synchronization with the host fails when using CANopen interpolation mode (B mode). Cause: CANopen synchronization signal timeout.
Corrective action
- Ensure good communication quality on the wiring.
- Ensure that synchronization cycle 0x1006 matches the host setting.
- Moderately widen the synchronization error tolerance (P3.009.U).
- Ensure accurate host packet transmission timing. Timing drift or delay causes synchronization failure.
- When operating in PV (velocity profiling) or HM (homing), check whether P3.017 is set too low. Reset NMT or reset using 0x6040.
