Cause

1. Abnormal vibration is detected during motor operation.
2. The inertia ratio (Pn103) is greater than the actual value or has been changed substantially.

Corrective action

1. Reduce motor speed or reduce servo gain through one-parameter tuning or similar means.
2. Set the inertia ratio correctly. (Pn103)
