[Cause]
The ready signal of the servo amplifier of the displayed group and corresponding axis is turned off.
[Countermeasures]
1. Check the alarm history, and if other alarms occur at the same time, refer to the causes of these alarms / and countermeasures.
2. If an alarm is issued after adding or changing an additional axis, please confirm whether the setting content is correct, and modify it if it is wrong. In particular, confirm whether the FSSB system number, hardware start axis number, amplifier number, and amplifier type are correct.
3. In the case of multiple groups, confirm the machine lock setting.
Enter countermeasure 4 when machine lock is inactive in all action groups.
When the robot (6 axis servo amplifier) is machine locked, unlock the robot's machine lock.
4. When using the robot separation switch, if the setting is incorrect, this alarm will be issued on the axis driven by the additional axis amplifier. Please confirm whether the settings are correct.
5. If there is no problem with the above 2~4, it may be caused by the failure of related parts, etc. Take appropriate countermeasures according to the "Troubleshooting based on alarm code" in the control device maintenance manual corresponding to the control device used. For additional shafts, see the additional shaft service instructions.
Example: This alarm may sometimes be issued due to a failure of the robot separation switch unit.
NOTE If an action group driven by a 6 axis servo amplifier is set to mechanical lock, additional axis amplifiers powered from this 6 axis amplifier will become SRDY off.
