Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Fuse (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the fuse on the ASF01 board, then turn the power off and back on. |
| Overtravel LS (activated) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, the overtravel limit switch has operated. Select Overrun and Shock Sensor from the Robot menu to display the Overrun Release screen. It can be released on this screen. |
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, check the following items. • Check the connection between the control group whose overrun limit switch is activated and the IM-YE250/5-80P terminal block board, and the connection between the IM-YE250/5-80P terminal block board and the ASF01 board (CN204, CN206). Check for loose connectors and cable continuity. • Check the connection and insertion of the power supply cable (cable between the robot and YRC1000) and connectors. |
| ASF01 board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the ASF01 board. For a system with multiple ASF01 boards connected, replace the ASF01 board connected to the control group that generated the alarm. |
