Category: Alarm
Cause
- Vibration cannot be suppressed
- Excessive positioning overshoot
- Noise in the command
- Current fluctuations
- Vibration cannot be suppressed with a high-inertia load
Corrective action
- Manually enable the vibration suppression function to eliminate vibration first
- Check whether the positioning threshold is too small; increase command acceleration/deceleration times and reduce the response level.
- Modify the electronic gear ratio to improve command resolution, or increase the command filter time constant on the Parameter configuration screen.
- Check whether the mechanism has periodic fluctuations.
- Increase acceleration/deceleration times first to ensure that motor current does not saturate
