Category: Alarm
Cause
- Excessive main circuit input voltage
- The power supply is unstable or has been affected by lightning
- Braking resistor failure
- The external braking resistance is too high to absorb braking energy quickly
- The motor accelerates and decelerates rapidly, and maximum braking energy exceeds the absorbable value
- Large deviation in the sampled DC bus voltage
- Servo drive fault
Corrective action
- Check the drive input power specifications and measure whether the input voltage at the drive side (R S T) of the main circuit cable meets the following specifications:
◆220V drive:
RMS value: 220V-240V; permissible deviation: -10%
+10%(198V264V). ◆380V drive: RMS value: 380V-440V; permissible deviation: -10%+10%(342V484V). Replace or adjust the power supply to meet the specifications. - Monitor whether the drive input power supply has been affected by lightning, and measure whether it is stable and meets the above specifications. Connect a surge suppressor, then turn on the control power and main circuit power again. If the fault still occurs, replace the servo drive.
- If the built-in braking resistor is used (2002-1Ah=0), confirm that P and D are securely connected by a wire; if so, measure the resistance between C and D. If an external braking resistor is used (2002-1Ah=1/2), measure its resistance between P and C. For braking resistor specifications, see 1.1.4 Braking resistor specifications. ◆If the resistance is ∞ (infinity), the braking resistor has an internal open circuit: ◆If the built-in braking resistor is used, change to an external braking resistor (2002-1Ah=1/2) and remove the wire between P and D. The resistance and power rating may be the same as those of the built-in braking resistor. ◆If an external braking resistor is used, replace it with a new resistor and reconnect it between P and C. Be sure to set 2002-1Bh (external braking resistor power) and 2002-1Ch (external braking resistance) to match the actual external braking resistor parameters.
- Measure the external braking resistance between P and C and compare it with the recommended value. Replace the external braking resistor with the recommended resistance and reconnect it between P and C. Be sure to set 2002-1Bh (external braking resistor power) and 2002-1Ch (external braking resistance) to match the actual external braking resistor parameters.
- Confirm the acceleration/deceleration times during operation. Measure the DC bus voltage between P and N and check whether it exceeds the fault threshold during deceleration. First ensure the main circuit input voltage is within specification, then increase the acceleration/deceleration times if permitted.
- Observe whether parameter 200B-1Bh (DC bus voltage) is in the following range: 220V drive: 200B-1Bh >420V; 380V drive: 200B-1Bh> 760V. Measure whether the DC bus voltage between P and N is normal and less than 200B-1Bh. Consult our technical support.
- If the fault is still reported after repeatedly turning off power and reconnecting the main circuit power, replace the servo drive.
