Cause

1. The DD motor rotation count upper limit (Pn205) differs from the encoder rotation count upper limit
2. The encoder rotation count upper limit differs from the servo unit rotation count upper limit, or the rotation count upper limit has been changed
3. Servo unit fault

Corrective action

1. Check Pn205 and set Pn205 correctly (0 ～ 65535).
2. Check the servo unit Pn205 value; change the setting using Fn013 when the alarm occurs.
3. Turn on power again. If the alarm persists, the servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
