[Cause]
The conveyor station has not been set. When running a wizard such as sensor reference position setup, this may occur if any of the following conditions is met.
• When using robot-to-robot communication settings (Real Time Operating System(ROS) interface protocol Ethernet function (commonly called: robot ring, RIPE, ROSIP)), and any of the following conditions is met.
• There is no conveyor station corresponding to the sensor. A conveyor station corresponding to the sensor is a station meeting all of conditions (1) and (2) below. (1) It belongs to the same conveyor as the sensor. (2) The controller corresponding to the conveyor station robot is the same controller to which the sensor is connected.
• When the wizard is run on a robot controller to which this sensor is not connected.
• When changing the IP address.
• When the additional axis group is selected using the group key in a system with additional axes, such as a servo conveyor.
[Countermeasure]
Set the conveyor station. When running a wizard such as sensor reference position setup, note the following.
• When using robot-to-robot communication settings, note the following.
• Add a conveyor station corresponding to the sensor.
• Run the wizard on the robot controller to which this sensor is connected.
Reset communication between robots when changing IP addresses. If there are no robotic inter-communication settings, consult the company.
• In a system with additional axes, such as a servo conveyor, use the group key for the robot group before running the wizard.
