Alarm code A50 indicates .

Cause analysis:

1. The encoder cable is disconnected, has poor contact, or is damaged;

2. Drive damage;

3. Motor damage.

Remedy:

1. Check whether the encoder cable is connected correctly, and ensure reliable connection of the encoder plugs on the drive side and motor side;

2. Check the encoder aviation connector on the robot base for poor contact caused by backed-out pins;

3. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the encoder cable section by section and check for poor contact or disconnection. A direct encoder cable can be used for a quick check, or swap the encoder cables of two servo systems, making sure to swap both the drive side and the motor side at the same time;

4. After ruling out the encoder cable, swap drives to determine whether the problem lies in the drive or motor.

5. If a new drive has been installed, check whether pn840 on the old control board differs from the parameter on the new control board.
