Alarm code A82 indicates . Alarm mechanism: Relevant parameters include torque threshold Pn529 (unit: %), detection time Pn530 (unit: ms), and alarm masking bit Pn524.1. If the average motor output torque exceeds Pn529 during the Pn530 ms detection period, alarm A82 occurs.
Cause analysis: 1. When a motor with a brake is used, the brake has not released; 2. Parameter setting problem;
Remedy:

Check whether the brake of the brake-equipped motor is released, and ensure that the motor runs only after its brake is released;

Check whether the Pn529 and Pn530 parameter settings are appropriate;

Setting Pn524.1=1 can mask this alarm;
