Cause
- Communication servo enable is active while internal enable is active.
Corrective action
Confirm whether auxiliary functions are used: When using 200D-03h, 200D-04h or 200D-0Ch, the host simultaneously issues a servo enable signal. Turn off the host servo enable signal.
