Description
The drive unit converter temperature of joint arg is too high. The joint is connected to drive module arg , the element position of drive unit is arg , and the node is arg .
Consequences
No operation can be performed until the fault is corrected and the system enters a "motor off" state with zero torque.
Possible causes
- The cooling fan may be faulty, or there may be poor airflow.
- Cooling fins are covered with dust, which reduces cooling effectiveness.
- The ambient temperature may be too high.
- The joint may be operated at too high a torque for an extended period of time.
Recommended actions
- Verify that the fan is running and airflow is not blocked.
- Clean the cooling fins.
- Verify that the ambient temperature does not exceed the rated temperature of the cabinet.
- If possible, rewrite the user program to reduce the number of hard accelerations and hard decelerations.
- Reduce static torque caused by gravity or external forces.
