[Cause]
Initialization of the servo device was stopped because of a hardware fault or incorrect software settings. The controller has now started in DSP dry-run mode. The first number in parentheses in the alarm message indicates the cause of the error. The second number provides details of the cause.
[Countermeasure]
Take the following countermeasures according to the value of the first number in parentheses in the alarm message. If the first number is 1: This is a warning displayed because startup was performed with $SCR.$startup_cnd=12. If the first number is 2,3,4,7: Replace the servo card. If the first number is 5: ATR error. Check whether the axis settings (FSSB path number, hardware start axis number, amplifier number, amplifier type) are correct. If the first number is 6: This occurs together with SRVO-180 (No controlled axis). No axis settings have been made for any axis, so there are no controlled axes. Perform axis settings for at least one axis. If the first number is 8,10: This occurs together with SRVO-058 (FSSB initialization error). Follow the countermeasures for SRVO-058. If the first number is 9: The servo amplifier cannot be recognized. Perform the following operations:
Confirm that the servo amplifier is connected correctly.
Confirm that the optical cable is connected correctly.
Confirm whether the servo amplifier is powered on.
Confirm whether the fuse on the servo amplifier is blown.
Replace the optical cable connecting the servo amplifier.
Replace the servo amplifier.
When the first number is 11: An axis number on an axis control card that does not exist has been set. Check whether the axis settings (FSSB path number) are correct. Or add an additional-axis board. When the first number is 12: This occurs together with SRVO-059 (servo amplifier initialization error). Follow the countermeasures for SRVO-059. When the first number is 13,14,15,17: Inform the service center of the details when the alarm occurs. When the first number is 16: This occurs together with SRVO-181 (5 or more additional axes have been added). Follow the countermeasures for SRVO-181. When the first number is 17: Inform the service center of the details when the alarm occurs. (Before revision 14 of software version series 7DF1, this alarm is issued if the axis settings are incorrect. Check whether the axis settings (FSSB system number) are correct.)
Note To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
