Communication with drive unit interrupted

Description

In drive module arg, the communication between the axis computer and drive unit with unit position arg has been interrupted.

Consequences

No action can be taken until this error is corrected. The system enters the "motor off" state of zero torque.

Possible causes

There is a communication problem between the drive unit and the axis computer.

Recommended actions

1. Check that all cables are connected correctly.
2. Check if the drive unit has logic power.
3. Check/replace Ethernet cable.
4. Check for other hardware event log messages.
5. Check the event log for power supply unit error messages.
6. Check the wiring between the power supply unit and drive unit.
7. Check the 24V output of the power supply unit.
