[Cause]
Multiple sensors using DI/RI are connected to the same control device and the same encoder numbers are used for the transmission belt sites corresponding to each sensor. The transmission belt site corresponding to the sensor means the site meeting all of the following conditions.
• Belongs to the same conveyor as the sensor
• The controller corresponding to the conveyor station robot is the same controller to which the sensor is connected
[Countermeasure]
Change the sensor's connection control device. Or add pulse encoders, using different encoder numbers at transmission belt sites corresponding to each sensor. Or consider a system configuration without DI/RI.
