[Countermeasure]
1. Reduce the demands of the robot motion. Check the robot operating conditions. If the robot is being used under conditions exceeding its ratings, such as load or payload weight, change the load conditions to within the specifications.
2. Confirm whether the input voltage of the control device is within the rated value, and confirm whether the voltage setting of the transformer of the control device is correct.
3. Replace the 6-axis servo amplifier. For details, take the appropriate countermeasures according to ‘Troubleshooting Based on Alarm Codes’ in the controller maintenance manual for the controller being used.
