[Cause]
An attempt was made to execute the arc starting command when welding was invalid.
[Countermeasure]
1. When the teaching pendant is enabled, press the WELD ENBL keys of the teaching pendant, or set welding to valid.
2. When the remote switch is remote, set the welding valid signal of welding I/O to ON.
3. In the test execution interface, check whether the robot lock or dry run is in a valid state.
