Description
The current of the motor is too high for joint arg, which is connected to drive module arg of device position arg and node arg in the drive.
Consequences
Operation is disabled until the fault is corrected and the system enters the "motor off" state.
Possible causes
- The motor configuration is incorrect.
- The shaft load is too high or the motor stalls (possibly caused by a collision).
- The motor is too small compared to drive unit.
- The motor is short-circuited between phases or to ground.
Recommended actions
- Check that the motor configuration is correct.
- Check if the robot collides.
- If possible, slow down the user program.
- Check whether the load on the motor shaft is too high.
- Verify that the motor's maximum current is not too small compared to the drive unit's maximum current.
- Check by measuring the resistance of the motor cable and motor separately, disconnecting before measuring.
