Content: The regenerative energy absorption time of the power supply unit power board (the time current flows to the regenerative energy absorption resistor) has reached or exceeded 6 seconds.

The term "regenerative energy absorption" means the following: When the robot decelerates, the motor power supply P-N enters a generating state to absorb the arm's inertial energy. To prevent a voltage rise, when the power supply voltage between P-N exceeds the rated value, current is diverted from the power supply unit to the regenerative energy absorption resistor.

Main causes:

1. A problem with the power supply unit power board.

2. The power supply unit control board is faulty.

3. An open circuit or poor connection in the harness between the power supply unit control board and power supply unit power board.

4. Teaching caused excessive regenerative voltage for longer than 6 seconds.

5. A problem with the servo board.

Countermeasures:

1. Replace the power supply unit.

2. Change the taught data.

3. Replace the servo board.
