[Cause]
6 A phase loss of the input power supply was detected in the axis servo amplifier or the common power supply (iPS). The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group. The alarm is displayed on the 1th and 2th axes of the 6 axis amplifier, or on the 1th, 2th and 3th axes.
[Countermeasure]
1. Measure the input voltage of the control device and confirm that there is no phase loss.
2. Check whether the CRRA12 connector of the servo amplifier (iSV) and the CRRA12 connector of the emergency stop board are securely connected. If there is a common power supply (iPS), check whether the CRRA12 connector of the common power supply (iPS) is securely connected.
3. Measure the voltage between phases on the 2 secondary side of the main circuit breaker and replace the main circuit breaker if a phase is missing.
4. Measure the voltage between each phase on the 2 secondary side of the transformer and replace the transformer if a phase is missing.
5. Replace the emergency stop unit.
6. Replace the 6 axis servo amplifier.
7. Replace the common power supply (iPS). For details, please take appropriate measures according to "Troubleshooting based on alarm codes" in the control device maintenance manual corresponding to the control device used.
Note To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
