Cause
Condition: When motor speed (after filtering) exceeds the P1.111 setting, the servo drive immediately switches to Servo Off and displays this alarm. Cause: This alarm primarily reminds the user that motor speed has reached the currently configured upper limit (P1.111).
Corrective action
- Investigate why motor speed is too high, for example P1.111 set too low, inappropriate bandwidth, or linear motor parameters inconsistent with the linear motor specifications.
- Evaluate motor speed and mechanical conditions. If both permit it, increase the speed and the P1.111 setting. Reset the alarm.
