Description
The drive unit converter junction temperature of joint arg is too high. The joint is connected to drive module arg , the element position of drive unit is arg , and the node is arg .
Consequences
No operation can be performed until the drive unit cools down. The system will go to Motors Off (motor off) state.
Possible causes
- The joint may be operated at too high a torque for an extended period of time.
- Short circuit occurred in manipulator when using long motor cables.
Recommended actions
- If possible, please rewrite the user program to reduce the number of emergency accelerations and emergency decelerations.
- Reduce static torque caused by gravity or external forces.
- Check for short circuits in the motor cable or motor.
- Check other hardware event logs.
