Cause

An incremental motor cannot use the absolute function because it has no absolute capability.

Corrective action

1. Check whether the motor encoder is incremental or absolute.
2. Check P2.069 and set it correctly. If the absolute function is not used, set P2.069.X to 0. Set P2.069.X to 0, then supply power again.
