[Cause]
This alarm is not actually issued, but is displayed in the alarm number on the force control execution history screen. When executing force control instructions, 1000 will be displayed when any of the following conditions are met.
1. Emergency stop
2. HOLD button pressed
3. HOLD signal is on
4. In T1/T2 mode, the safety switch is released or pressed
5. Released SHIFT key in T1/T2 mode
